Building Energy and Comfort Optimization Study - Existing Building

The primary objective is to establish the actual values of the building’s thermal and comfort parameters through a detailed building audit. Simultaneous audit of buildings services to establish the efficiency of the running systems.

Using dynamic simulation as primary tool, the Study shall identify and propose cost-effective measures to improve energy efficiency, comfort conditions, water resources efficiency, and increase environmental sustainability of the building.

EnPlus will provide the following services:

• Carry out a detailed Building Energy Audit
• Perform computer modelling of the existing building
• Submit a report on project methodology, findings and a package of specific measures that achieves the sustainability goals for the project
• Follow through - during the Design Development, Tendering, Construction and Commissioning stages, EnPlus shall quantify impact of any change to the originally accepted scenario.
