Integrated Water management Study

The study is done as a part of optimization study or as a separate Study:

Ground water management:

  • Determination of the structure, hydraulic characteristics and abstraction potential of the aquifer and its water quality, including simulations of well layout, pumping rates, flow patterns, vulnerability to contamination, as well as possibility of the terrain subsidence.

Atmospheric precipitation management:

  • Simulations computing the infiltration, runoff and evaporation rates, including storm water management for various management solutions like retention and detention reservoirs, rain water collection systems, green roofs, gardens etc.

Water consumption management:

  • The use of water-efficient bathroom, kitchen and toilet appliances and water distribution systems, grey water treatment, and utilization of condensed water from cooling systems.
